Follow these simple tips & tricks to have you feeling and looking your best for all those special moments.
Eliminate Sugars – A few weeks prior to your wedding, try to cut artificial and processed sugars out of your diet. Your body will thank you!
Limit Alcohol Intake – We appreciate a good celebration, but the night before your wedding, pass on the drinks to ensure glowing skin in the morning!
Get Plenty of Sleep – Rest is one thing that brides often put at the bottom of their to-do list. With all the excitement of your wedding festivities, it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. Try your very best to get at least 7 hours of sleep as often as possible!
Stay Hydrated – Water is your best friend! Make sure to stay hydrated by having water close by throughout the day. It’s easy to forget to eat and drink on a day as busy as your wedding day!
Avoid Salty Foods – Salt leads to bloating and none of us feel very confident when that happens. By avoiding salty foods a week or two before your wedding, you can help yourself feel (and look!) flawless!
Smile – This isn’t something we’ll have to remind you to do on the happiest day of your life but just know, your smile is your best accessory!
