It’s hard to believe that Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! We love this holiday because it celebrates one of our favorite things – love! We’re always looking for an excuse to eat chocolate and enjoy a fun date. We’ve done our research and found some great Valentine’s Day date ideas in Birmingham! We hope you and your significant other plan a date that’s perfect for you!
Breakfast/Brunch Date – It’s no surprise that the best restaurants in Birmingham are hard to get into on February 14th! A yummy breakfast/brunch date is a great option if you still want to eat well on Valentines Day. Our favorites: Big Bad Breakfast, Overeasy, FIVE, First Watch
Cook Together – Don’t want to get out on such a busy night? Plan ahead and order a dinner box for a fun date night in. Cook a great meal together and not have to wait an hour for a table? Sounds like a perfect Valentines Day! Our favorites: Hello Fresh, Blue Apron
Alabama Theatre – The historic Alabama Theatre will be showing Casablanca this year on Valentines Day! They’ll be serving a speciality Valentines Day themed cocktail along with house wines, beers and other cocktails. Tickets are only $8 and it’s sure to be a fun and romantic night at our beautiful local theater!

We’re both self-proclaimed pizza connoisseurs so we decided our Valentine’s date night would consist of our favorite pizza, sweatpants and t-shirts and a good Redbox movie!
