Laid back beautiful love. This sums up Liz and Joseph. A couple who was beyond easy to work with and a true joy to get to celebrate. Traditional with a flair of contemporary is what was constructed to best celebrate this darling Becky’s Brides couple’s wedding day. J. Woodbery Photography was present to capture every captivating moment. We hope you enjoy our recap of a true winter’s wedding dream.
Liz and Joseph were wed at Joseph’s home church, St. George Meikete Catholic Church. The couple participated in a traditional Greek Catholic service before heading to Bridgestreet Gallery and Loft in Downtown Birmingham, where they would dance and celebrate the night away. Hot House Design Studio, their sister company, Prophouse, and lighting and drapery by Amerson Events, created the most inviting atmosphere allowing Liz and Joseph, along with their guests, to have a carefree, energetic night to remember.
Not a single detail was overlooked while creating this dream wedding for Liz and Joseph. Magnificent Cakes provided cakes for the event. Liz and Joseph, a set of avid movie buffs, saved ticket stubs from every movie they have seen together. The ticket stubs were a special addition to the base of their thrilling movie themed groom’s cake. The bridal cake topper was a family heirloom, another thoughtful addition to their night. A snow farewell was the perfect way to wrap up the perfect winter wedding.
We are so thankful for couples like Liz and Joseph. These experiences are the kind that make our wedding planner lives worth every second of what we do.
