The Wedding Planner Mastermind Recap (Round Two)

12 years into my journey as a wedding planner and business owner, I can say that I have definitely learned a lot along the way.  One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that business is so much easier and so much more fun when you do it together with others who just get it!  That’s why I created The Wedding Planner Mastermind, and I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite parts of my business.  In this program I lead a maximum of 10 wedding planners in weekly calls to learn and grow on topics that are most important to them in scaling their businesses.  And at the end of the 5 months we have an incredible in person retreat where we continue learning, we implement things they need help with, and we CELEBRATE!

Last week 10 wedding planners from around the country joined me in Birmingham, Alabama for 2 days to learn and celebrate all they’ve accomplished in the last 5 months.  During this time period, every single planner has booked their highest contract to date.  Each one of them have re-evaluated their offerings and got rid of things that weren’t serving their business or their clients well, and focused on the offerings that are most profitable and most beneficial for their clients.  Two of these planners were able to quit their day jobs and focus on their wedding planning business full time!  There have been so many incredible light bulb moments and it’s been a joy to lead them and celebrate with them!

We celebrated with a beautiful seated dinner featuring “feminine Fall vibes” where we laughed for hours!  It was so great to unwind together and focus on the joy that can truly come with being a business owner.  Check out the details of the celebration below.  A huge thank you to all our local vendors who helped me treat these wedding planners like guests instead of vendors for a night!
