Real Wedding Series | Brittany and Ben |A Southern Plantation Wedding

Best friends,  high school sweethearts, college, puppies and everything else in between, Brittany and Ben could not be more right for each other. They have spent the large majority of their lives growing and learning together. We could not have been more thrilled to be a part of the grandest day of their life thus far. With a beautifully historic plantation background, The Oaks at Centerville, was the perfect backdrop for our sweet couple to forever join hearts and become man and wife. Our friends Eric and Jamie of Eric and Jamie Photography caught the day magically, and we are so excited to share this amazing day with you.
Meet Brittany and Ben:
Beginning the day with friends and family, Brittany started her wedding day journey primping to become the most beautiful bride for her sweet love, Ben. So much love, fun and beauty surrounded her as we always love seeing our brides in their own elements as they embrace every sweet detail that completes their wedding day ensemble.

The special moment between mother and daughter when a mother is able to get her daughter ready to walk down the aisle. We know it is always a bittersweet time and a special moment that will always be cherished.

Peaches, mint, pinks, pastels and neutrals – we loved every aspect of the color palette that Brittany chose to set the stage for her wedding day. Fine Paperwork created Brittany and Ben’s elegant invitation suite which set the stage for all the magic that would come. Hothouse Design Studio transformed this historic southern plantation into wedding heaven, and we loved every last design detail. To add on to the happiness, the day brought absolute weather perfection.

The first look is a magical moment. Brittany and Ben have waited a long time to be married, and their first look was so sweet. The kind of sweet you read in love stories, and we had tears in our eyes as we watched the sweetest, purest reflection of love throughout our couples first encounter before walking down the aisle to say “I do.”

Both Brittany and Ben’s parents are still married, and they cite the loving example they have watched close up to set the expectation of what a perfect marriage looks like.

When it was finally time, Brittany and Ben had a beautiful ceremony that they will remember for the rest of their lives. Ben’s face says it all!

There are so many great details to share with you today as this sweet wedding day could not have been more perfect.
