Casey + Paul | Summer Wedding at The Grand Bohemian Hotel

The University of Alabama brought Casey to Alabama, but love made her stay! It was such an honor to be able to plan this beautiful Summer wedding with Casey and Paul this year. I knew from our very first meeting that Casey had a beautiful vision for her wedding day, and I couldn’t wait to help her bring it to life!

Casey and Paul tied the knot at Our Lady of Sorrows where Casey is an elementary school teacher. After a beautiful, traditional ceremony the new Mr. and Mrs. celebrated with 190 of their closest friends and family at a STUNNING reception at The Grand Bohemian Hotel. With delicious food and one of the absolute best bands I’ve ever seen – it was a celebration I don’t think anyone will soon forget!

Casey was really inspired by a wedding she once saw at in a greenhouse and beautiful white orchids. We took that inspiration and ran with it! Some of my favorite details included the gold foil invitation suite with a custom hand painted liner of orchids from Empress Stationery, the custom bars designed to mimic a greenhouse, the backdrop behind the band which featured tons of greenery and orchids, and the perfectly designed centerpieces from Hot House Design Studio.
