Ansley + Steven | A Spring Wedding at Spring House | Lake Martin, Alabama

Ansley and Stephen are high school sweethearts and have always known that they were the one for each other.  So sweet!!  They celebrated their marriage in a beautiful spring wedding that was nothing short of magical. Ansley and Stephen said I do at the charming chapel at Children’s Harbor, overlooking Lake Martin.  Following the ceremony, the celebration continued at the SpringHouse, a renowned restaurant nestled by Lake Martin.  Ansley’s family spends a lot of time at Lake Martin so it was extra special for her to be able to celebrate her marriage here.

Planning with Ansley and her mom during their engagement was truly something special.  They have the unique talent of making every single person they come into contact with feel so special and loved.  Our meetings were full of laughs and lots of talks about flowers – one of their biggest priority for the wedding day!

There were so many special moments and beautiful details at their wedding, but truly the one that I will never forget is that as Ansley and Stephen walked out of the chapel as husband and wife the rain had just stopped and a beautiful rainbow was shining over Lake Martin.  What an incredibly special reminder of God’s promises during the first few moments together of their marriage.  As far as the stunning details?!  I’ll let the gorgeous photos from Hannah Miller do the talking!

Ansley and Stephen, your wedding day is a day I will never forget.  I have no doubts that you guys will be celebrating this special day for the next 50 years and beyond.  It was truly an honor to get to witness such a special and sweet celebration, and I can never thank you enough for the opportunity to plan with you.  I know that you two are going to do big things together in your marriage and I am cheering you on forever!
